Judging Class Judging class/ Table captain class in Owatonna, MN Sat March 16

Just a reminder to the Brethren:

As listed on the KCBS schedule, there will be a CBJ Class this Saturday , March 16 in Owatonna, MN. It is sponsored by the MN BBQ Society.

Even more importantly, after the CBJ class, there will be a Table Captain class. These don't come along that often, and I wanted to make sure that the Brethren in the upper midwest knew about that.

So if you already are a CBJ, this is the perfect chance to become a certified table captain.

If you are a cook and have heard the call from a lot of us Brethren saying one way to broaden your perspective and possibly help your scores is to take the judges class, here is the perfect chance for that.

Both classes will be taught by David and Virginia Londeen. They both are cooks, judges, Reps and instructors.

Last Saturday March 16 in Owatonna, MN:

50 new CBJ's were certified

25 new Table Captains were certified

My brother made it to the class .He said every time he goes to MN it gets nasty and crappy on the interstate .I think he will stay home when we come out to Mn in May!

The Wisconsin guys said the Interstate was glazed coming over.

Was fine here.

Typical March in Minnesota.
