Default Pork Burnt Ends Today (PrOn coming soon)

It's a beautiful day out today and I played hookie from work to smoke some meat and enjoy the weather.

I have a small boneless shoulder rubbed with Plowboy's Yardbird smoking over peach chunks now. I plan to pull it at 165 IT, cube it into 1" cubes, sauce and rub the cubes in a pan, and put them back on the Egg for about 2 more hours.

Pork candy will be in order soon...as will the PrOn.

Tab Benoit- Must listen to this artist. A cross between southern blues,Stevie Ray, and Louisiana cajun. Great listening while having a brew and tending the stick burner.

Shoulder pulled from the Egg, sliced, cubed, sauced, and re-rubbed.

About 2 more hours to go for candy.

I was thinking about making these last night for next weekend because it's time to watch some college football.

Great job.
