So I cooked this meal last week and forgot the cut shot!

The kids had friend over to swim and hang out and they all wanted ribeye and shrimp...

DONE!!!

Mable is set on “grill” and the grill grates are around 700°... One minute per side except for one, it gets a minute and a half...



The flip...



Everything came off and the shrimp went on for about 90 seconds per side...



The skewer on the left was mine, Oakridge Chili Lime and Crucible combo, I SWEAR each one enhanced the other! CRAZY good combo!



Terrible played pic but Irish butter topped it all...



Here’s the money shot I forgot last time...

On Mabel, set on grill, steak was cooked for ONE minute per side... I’ve found this is my favorite steak 1” thick sliced off of a rib roast, cooked 1 minute per side and EAT!!!



Next on my list of “to do’s” is a side by side, grill grates vs. stock grates ...
