Hi all
I'm Dave from Kent in the south east of England.
I've just purchased a charcoal grill which is my first for about 25 years (back in the good ole days when the only way to tell what you were eating was by it's shape!)
It would appear barbecuing has come a long way in that time so looking forward to trying out some new ideas like reverse searing, smoking etc and will probably be asking for a lot of advice!
