Did some wok work outside today. It actually got up to the 50's today! Woohoo!

It was delicious! But those little chili's are best left alone at the end.

I got dared one time at a Chinese restaurant to eat one of those peppers lets just say there
wasn't enough water in the joint to put out the fire in my mouth. :heh:

I usually eat about 2 or 3 of the peppers with my Kung Pao or General Tso's chicken, although I cut them in half so I can pace the fiery onslaught!
