Woo-hooo,, Approved by the state
The state of pennsylvania was very happy with our mobile kitchen setup, and we got our approval today. As of 11am this morning, Tiny's Bar-b-que catering company is ready to rock and roll. Got a big catering job at Knoebels Grove amusement park next weekend, a large vending job for our local labor day regatta. Plus we picked up the local youth fall soccer league where we'll do the concessions every weekend. Starting off with a bang, hopefully it can continue. Want to thank everyone on the bbq brethren for all the shared information I've gotten since joining. It feels good to have that piece of paper.. Woo-hoo.. :)
