Our little city garden is spitting out pretty crook neck squash on a regular basis. Boiled a couple till bite thru tender. Added Irish Butter, leftover smoked Duroc shoulder and Pederson’s Jalapeño Sausage. About a quarter cup of Panko then Parmesan And Tillamook cheddar. I don’t spice much while cooking with leftover smoked meats. I did hit this with Table Pepper. Sliced Roma’s and a lonely thigh from a Popeyes. I love that chicken from Popeyes- and thighs.
