Been to a lot of events with our campers, some that were at campgrounds, but this is the first time ever taking our camper "camping" out of ~90 trips hauling a camper.

So cooking here is just confusing as hell......or maybe that is the beer. Just firing up the firepit grill. Nice setup here.

Steaks tonight with potatoes. I've literally or figuratively never done campfire cooking. I'm sure that surprises no one.......

Here till Sunday

Looks like a great time with the family!!!!!

Wow you loaded that refrigerator up with all of the goodies. I’ve never seen a refrigerator loaded to the point that the shelf was bowing. Chris

It looks like you got the general idea, steaks and hobo potatoes are a perfect fit. And honestly, those campfire rings with the adjustable grate also do a good job if you have a camp oven (a Dutch oven without legs or a rimmed lid) you can slow cook about anything, or when using a cast iron griddle. My favorite camping food is fried trout. Here is a photo of me cooking some on a gasoline stove about 35 years ago in the Bighorn mountains of Wyoming.
