New UDS 09 first Cook (Food Pron)
First, I would like to say I am glad I found this site!!
I enjoyed reading the posts and advice on how to smoke meat and other recommendations and ideas. Well all went well in my new UDS! I tried some baby backs since these are my favorite! Here are some pics of what cooking on the UDS is all about! With Sauce: Without Sauce: Enjoy!
