First, I would like to say I am glad I found this site!!
I enjoyed reading the posts and advice on how to smoke meat and other
recommendations and ideas.

Well all went well in my new UDS! I tried some baby backs since
these are my favorite!

From the looks of that pron, you dang sure got rid of the matchlight alright. Great looking ribs there.
