The last three cooks on the new LSG 20x42 offset. This baby is awesome. So versatile, and so easy to smoke on! Getcha one!

First cook is smashburgers on the plate steel firebox griddle that feels like Paul Bunyan's own. Then, brats on the expanded metal firebox grate. Both of these cooks I am using the firebox only, and this baby does some awesome grilling. Can pull her out just for a quick midweek dinner cook, no problem.

Final cook was a couple big value packs of wings with a new Buffalo sauce blend I just came up with, and that too was delicious! Smoked these in the main chamber, and the Crossflow system did them perfectly evenly across the top rack. This new LSG series is awesome. Pics below. Also pictured is Malcom Reed's White BBQ Sauce on these wings.

If you prefer more detail, I also made vids of these cooks:

The results look absolutely amazing. It looks like you have pretty much mastered the LSG already. Great pics, too.

BTW, you should be on the LSG payroll because this thread could sell a lot of their grills.

Ha :) I'd love to help them out part time while I'm in grad school! Maybe open a northern market for them here in the upper midwest! After using this fine piece of technology I am sold on their products. Really amazing that a relative noob to stick burning can be having this much fun already.

YUM Very nice but you left a lot of meat on those wings

That's the problem when you cook enough wings for an army and only have 2.5 meat eaters in the house.....takes away the incentive to eat carefully before moving to the next one ;)

I think that's one of the things I'm liking most about your videos. You're learning as you go where for others its their 398th cooker, and 32nd stick burner and they seem to gloss over things that might be useful to a n00b.
