I've got the inkbird 4 probe wifi and am pretty happy with it. It's hard to beat for the price.
App is nothing special but it works. Only thing it doesn't do that I wish it did was notify me when I don't have the app or my phone open. If my phone is sitting next to me it won't notify me I've hit target temp or smoker temp dropped too low etc.
Does the fireboard and signals do that? (Apple phone)
