3 lbs chicken breast... 3 tsp harvest brine..... 8.5 hrs

Normally I carry chicken to 170F, but I was testing to see how this brine did if the beer kicked in and the bird was taken out late or a bad therm probe...

Thanks for doing a test run here and it looks great. I just bought a big bag of Harvest Brine as I'm doing a bunch of turkeys on Thanksgiving. Good to see it's really just as simple as applying, waiting, and then smoking it. Cheers and thanks for the phost.

I wouldn’t recommend everyone take chicken breasts to 185F, but nice to know it possible :becky:
