Thanksgiving weekend was nuts up there and this pic doesn't do it justice
On week earlier :laugh:
Fast forward to last weekend I started Friday night with Hooters style wangs
Breaded of course
Hooters sauce
Served with fries, carrots and blue cheese dip
Saturday started with some bacon. Don't know which was beautiful the bacon or the view from me patio
Then someone winked at me from the corner :biggrin1:
So for starters I did a small flat iron steak
Quick sear
About right
Served as appetizer
Threw on a couple Cornish game hens also
Mini beer can hens :laugh::laugh: I set them on 8 oz coke cans
Prepped some patties next
Thin to simulate a smash burger
Onto the grill grates
Colby Jack
Jalapenos
Mayo and chive on the bottom bun and freshly made guac on the crown
Homemade pickled onions, Vlasic dill chips
First patty
Bacon
Joined by shredded lettuce
Second patty
More chives
And fully assembled:clap2:
