Black & White Garlic Beer Meatloaf

3 Cloves Black Garlic
3 Cloves White Garlic
1.5# ground beef
1 egg
1 small onion chopped
1 cup oats or bread crumbs
Kosher Salt & Coarse Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Goya Adobo
2 tablespoons French’s Mustard
1/3 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1/2 cup beer

Mix til consistency is “Meatloaf Right” adding beer or oats.
Smoke at 275* with a three wood blend of oak-hickory-mesquite

This is the plan. Hopefully it happens

Also, for those who don’t drink, ditch the beer and use milk
 
In a bread pan or free form in a sheet pan? At what temp do you pull? Thanks!

It’s happening
Wife’s favorite cupcake pan
250-275 to a minimum IT 165.
Adjustments allowed.
 
Wife completed the green chile cheesy-grits and hot quinoa dish. Meatloaf was me. Team effort
 
Those are some great looking meat muffins. We all like meatloaf in fact just did a couple 3 lb ers. We go through one then slice and freeze the other for our Mothers. Might have to try the muffin pan since the ends are popular.
