Well, I guess I can now join the PBC Club! 2 whole young chickens, halved; PBC All-Purpose Rub. Success! (except for my blurry photo work)

I had a Thermopro - one in a chicken half, one for cooker-Hanging about the middle from a rebar. Verified all pieces with an instant read. Cooker ran about 350ish.
