I bought some ribs tonight. When I was walking into the house the house the plastic bag tore and the ribs fell to the ground. After picking them up and getting them inside I noticed that air was getting into the cryo-vac packaging and I was leaking juices.
I need these ribs to last for a few days before I cook them.

Does any one have any suggestions? As I do not have access to a vacuum sealer...

You can wrap over them and refrigerate them if you are going to cook in the next 2 to 3 days.

If it will be any longer than that I would wrap over the packaging and then freeze them. Then remove from the freezer and put them into the refrigerator 24 hours before you plan to cook them.

^ yep, kinda depends on what you mean by "a few" days, you should be good for 2-3 days as stated above, otherwise freeze them.
