Back from a week in the mountains for vacation. I’m still off work but the wife had to go back today. Made her dinner with a keto friendly rum punch, jalapeño poppers, and thin sliced ribeye wrapped around asparagus and feta, then wrapped in bacon. Cooked on the PBC with cowboy charcoal and western cherry.
