Default First cook on my mini egg

I picked up a used mini egg from a friend a few weeks ago and haven't had time to use it until now. So this morning we made some breakfast burritos.

I wanted Flank or Flat Iron but had to settle for sirloin

Some potato's o'brien on the large using some cast iron

Ready for rolling with some guacomole, scrambled eggs and cheese

One more

It wasn't so much I had to settle for sirloin as it was like $4.99/lb, but Flank was $7.99/lb and I refused to pay that. The grocer I go to puts the cuts in those packages where it's hard to see anything but the top and usually the bottom is all fat and choppy.
