"Old Bay" Turkey
Started out by putting the turkey in a kosher salt and Old Bay brine for 24 hours
After an overnight uncovered in the fridge to dry out a bit Tropical pumpkin pie is done for dessert A link to the pie https://www.butterball.com/recipes/tropical-pumpkin-pie Spread out and a little more Old Bay Into the UDS which has been sitting idle for two years, Cowboy Lump and cherry chunks All done Went for a ride by the beach while it rested and forgot the sliced pics, thanks for looking

Killer, Marty!
I can forego the photos... but how'd it taste? I've always like the Old Bay content in PatioDaddio's Thanksgiving Turkey brine...

Great looking turkey Marty. I would have never thought about using old bay. Just might have to try that one day

Awesome cook, Marty! No doubt that was delicious. How does the drum get the turkey skin?
