Thanks for accepting me to the forums. I live in Michigan and love cooking and cooking BBQ to the best of my ability. Currently I have a few smokers and I'm fluent at using them. I have a WSM 18, Heartland TS3660 and an assassin GF28. I'm looking forward at learning new stuff. Thanks!!!!!!
