Default Hello from Cypress (Houston) texas

Hello everyone. My name is Kyle Caesar. I am new to making my own BBQ. I have invested in a uds, and just stole a 22 Weber kettle grill for $10 to partner with it. I did my first brisket 3 weeks ago, and I'm hooked. I also enjoy brewing beer and sports. I am married, my wife's name is Brandy. I have 16 month old twin girls Payton and Presley. I came here a lot when I was researching my uds. I look forward to using more now that I'm cooking.
