So they're braised, thus cooked, THEN smoked for 12 hours. I don't think so...
 
I'm guessing that is a menu description written by someone who has no idea how the food is really prepared. If they are braised AND smoked for 12 hours, I'm guessing you would have a 'slightly' overdone wing.
 
It could describe the entire process of brining, braising, and smoking. That could reasonably take 12 hours with an overnight brine.
 
Smoked at 1.5 degrees for 12 hours, then used as bad rubber bands.
 
12 hours! For chicken wings? That's got to be a mistake. Then again good que takes time.:laugh:
