Default surprise for co workers (pics

so I work in a job that's highly dependent on volunteers. I decided to surprise them today with some q. Got a nice 8lbs pork butt, the butcher had already trimmed him nice gave him the rub. The little brinkman got the call. More to come thanks for looking.

Good one. Maybe the people you deliver to are going to start wanting some Q. You might need another smoker, or 10.

Wow, that is a really super thing! I love bringing in surprise food for co-workers. Incidentally, how do you keep the food from sliding off the counter?
