Default 9 lb Stuffed Pork Loin on the Weber

Yesterday I picked up the biggest pork loin I could find at Sams for a birthday get together today. Sautéed mushrooms and spinach to stuff it with, cut it open then seasoned and arranged the shrooms and spinach with Parmesan and trussed it. Barely fit on the grill! Roughly 50/50 with the charcoal.

I admire your butterflying skills. I never can get a whole one sliced right.

Thanks, I've done these many times in the oven. I'll never do such a large
one whole. Should have cut this in half, and treated as 2 separate roasts. Hard to get the middle right. Especially in a rush like I was.

I was picturing some kind of 24"+ knife of some sort. Like maybe I should put a better edge on a machete?
