Removed blistered skin and chopped Chopped fatty and smoked pork belly Mixed with: Smoked Gouda Pimiento Swiss Cheddar Yogurt Placed in cast iron Griswold #3 schmeared with fresh bacon grease Placed in Tiernan SOB
