Grilled Halibut with Garlic!

[FONT=&quot]2. Confit garlic and tomatoes Couscous[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]3. Sautéed spinach and garlic[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]4. Roasted garlic harissa sauce[/FONT]



Garlic!



Tomatoes going on the smoker. 250 for 4 hours.


Prepping garlic heads and garlic / tomatoe confit.



slow cooked tomatoes off, then heat up to 350 for the next part.





these went for about an hour at 350




grilled peppers and onions for sauce, along with sauteed garlic and spinach.




Harrisa with the two roasted garlic heads and grilled veggies and spices.





Grilled Halibut (and kids requested salmon)
