Texas Baby Backs
I've never made ribs in the Kettle and for one rack i didn't feel like loading the Pit Barrel. Also for the first time I wrapped the ribs in foil. These came out fantastic. Not as much smoke profile as the Pit Barrel puts out but these were great.
I can't figure out how to make the image larger is someone could help

Sorry, should have given more details. Just was just salt 2x pepper and a little paprika.
