Up early to prep and get the Independence Day cook going. Was going to prep last night, but crashed with a full belly.
Pork Butt to Celebrate Life Liberty and the Pursuit of HAPPINESS!!
And yes , it does make me happy!!!

Well after a stall, finally got the Pork Butt done, about an hour later than I expected. Dinner was served and everyone enjoyed it. Wife made Cornbread, Mac and Cheese and some Cole Slaw.
