Wood Smoked farmers market veggie salsa
Sweet corn in husk soaked in water
Red pepper 2 pablano peppers large white onion Garlic Tomato Peel tomato and pepper skins off Grind in food processor Add 1 tsp each salt, pepper, cumin Add corn and lime juice This is for the Tacos Al Pastor I am making tomorrow... May not make it!
