I am trying to get my head around rubbing meat with Coffee, a recipe would be great mate. Your brisket looks good.

Not to derail, but how does it not come out gritty? Not like the coffee grounds dissolve.

My second favorite coffee rub comes out only every spring at Trader Joes. A good sized can is only $3! So look for it pretty soon for this season. I've tried six and this one does stand above.
