How y'all is and good morning from east central Missouri.

I'm a fellow bbq addict and have just completed building my first UDS. Still in the testing phase trying to find her sweet spot. Looking forward to my first cook but I need to get a good thermometer so I don't waste the meat. Suggestions welcome!

I travel a lot for my job and have had Q from all over the world. I've had some really great bbq and I've had some nicely flavored shoe leather. My goal here is to learn from and get ideas from you all in the hopes of producing something I can be proud to share with my family and friends.

Hello Mike, welcome to the forum! Don't forget to share pictures of your UDS.
A good thermometer option is the Inkbird IBBQ-4T. It is a solid product, if you aren't interested in saving the temperature graph of your cookout (it's possible, but it's an impractical process).
