I’m not on keto but like to try new things. So, how does that cauliflower crust taste? I wouldn’t mind trying it if it tastes good. Is it acquired or did it surprise you the first time you had it? Thanks

So Far So Good

Here's a quick pictorial of some of the cooks I've photographed since the MAK arrived. I need to up my game to include plated pics. Yesterday was the first (partial) family gathering since all the craziness began. Salmon, stuffed salmon, crab cakes, brussels, asparagus, rice, mac n cheese, deviled eggs, and fresh spinach followed by ice cream and pecan pralines. I'm still recovering...
Love this cooker. Ease of use and ease to clean have led to me to cooking more. Next up Ribs and a couple more butts for neighbors.

Yes sir, and all these jalapeño cheddar sausages are going in the pool!

 
Serious BBQ by Adam Perry Lang is not for the faint of heart... his recipes are a bit more involved... BUT they are well worth the effort.
Here is Lang’s Honey Glazed Spatchcock Chicken :)
