Pellet Beef ribs
Wanted to search but?
Gonna be cookin a few 4bone beef ribs on a pellet pooper. Any advice on time and temps? PB1150 pro cooker. |

Simple. 180. For a bit. Then Crank it up. Probe tender. Hold for at least 4 hours.

Low for a few hours for some extra smoke, then I crank it up to 275. 6-8 hours total, probe for tenderness.
