Went to Samā€™s at opening. Needed avocados coconut water a 2#JD for a monster Nekkid Fatty. Perused the meat bins. Several red tags but with the Bride about to Fly away for 7 days I really donā€™t need anything to get by while sheā€™s gone.

Then our eyes met. Iā€™m talking nerves were firing. I couldnā€™t believe my fortune.
I brought her home.
 
I'm on the edge of my seat. What resides in a meat case and has eyes? Is it an eye of round perhaps?

I standby semi-patiently waiting for some burnt end photos. It is the best part of any brisket. Iā€™m sure we all agree. :)
