Wood burning? Grill or smoke or both at the same time?

I was in same boat and went with assassin grill that can be used as a smoker. Works great.

Depends what you're looking to spend, but I highly recommend an M1. It's a reverse flow smoker and hastybake style charcoal grill in one. Both functions work great.

Just yesterday I did an all wood smoke on a Canadian bacon using the reverse flow stickburner. When That was done, I lit up a chimney of charcoal and charred hatch chiles and tomatillos for a salsa verde. When that was done, I grilled up some teriyaki chicken kabobs.

I would say Hasty Bake, Legacy or Gourmet model, depending on your needs/capacity.

Weber Kettle. I can fit 2-8 lb butts or a full packer on a 22". I haven't even used my big cooker this year.
