The Throwdown is here........Let's get it

So what do we have here............looks like fun

Let's get that meat mixed, onion, bacon and spices

Nice loaf ready for the grill

Time for Pita Bread.........

Time for a nice rise

Sliced and ready to be rock and rolled

Nice puff on that pita

That loaf is coming along great................

Sliced and ready for the Greek Sammie

And the MONEY SHOT............Gyros.....................:biggrin 1:

Didn't get shot of the Tzatziki sauce but that was made in house as well.

Thanks for looking................and here's my method.......

Thanks,
Bluesman

Man, I want one. Love the hand made PITA bread, cooked on the grill. I do a little Artisan, and some French bread once in a while, got to put that gyro over the top. Awesome!

Well...Shucks.

I was gonna cook some lamb chops this week and maybe enter my first ever throwdown.

Now I think I will just go find the voting thread!

That is some Great Looking Grub!
