Default Salmonella

Salmonella is generally found in which products?
__________________________________________________ _______________
Salmonella is mostly found in poultry and egg products.

Although it can be found in soil located around chicken coops.
It is also a good candidate for cross contamination.
Always wash cutting boards and utensils after preparing any raw meat, especially chicken!

And for the love of God, please be careful with any mayonaise products!!!!
This includes coleslaw, potato salad, mayo itself.
Anything made with mayo needs to be treated as raw food, paying very close attention to holding temps. and time exposed in the danger zone.

If you've never had Salmonella poisoning....Well let's just say it is awful!

I had a friend that got 2 dogs at once... tried to convince them to name them Sam and Ella... they went with Sam and Patty instead.... both work.
