Meatsweat Mike

Meatsweat Mike here comin at ya low and slow from Salt Lake City. I’ve been grilling for a while but recently got into barbecue after buying a rack of ribs at Costco when I was hungry and trying to figure out what the heck to do with it.. now I’m hooked! It’s been a fun journey since then and through my somewhat OCD researching I stubbled across this forum and lurked for a bit before deciding to join after I repeatedly kept coming back. I started on my 22” Weber kettle and recently picked up a Weber Summit Charcoal. Love them both! Looking forward to interacting with everyone and learning more.
