Burritos-Two Nights In A Row

First night...

Planned on smoking these Creekstone short ribs on my LSG

UPS ruined it by changing delivery dates twice on me so change of plans

Into my PPC XL

Made some chile sauce in the meantime

Mexican rice

Shredded the beef

Onto a tortilla with beans and rice

Cheese on burros

No money shot since I was hosting but dang gooooood!

Next day was a solo mission

Flap meat strips this time

Chopped

Meat w/ leftover rice and beans from the night before

Cilantro, onions

Cheese

On the grill to melt the cheese

Topped with sauce, sour cream, pico and lettuce on the side

I quit. :laugh: May not look it in the pics but it was huge

Looks fantastic. We really miss Mexican. Haven’t had the real deal in months. Just Lawry’s beef taco mix in ground beef and La Victoria taco sauce like dear old Ma used to make. You know, the prefab shells and all. Gringo Tacos...

Thanks LT! This was a little more labor intensive but nothing wrong with gringo tacos. Especially since I brought this back from TX. It's available through mail order also.

As soon as I saw "Burritos Two Nights in a Row" in the title of this thread, I knew exactly who posted it! For the record, this past week I had nachos for lunch 4 days in a row. I think you and I are the only people here that would do that...
