Default Piney Bachelor Day - Steak and Wings

I'm off today, and I have declared it bachelor day for Piney. The festivities started with a nice Porterhouse for brunch:

I then moved on to cooking 10 pounds of wings for snacking during the week. They're rubbed with Myron's Huney Muney Cluck (killer chicken rub!) and on the Weber with the Vortex with some hickory chunks for smoke. It took 3 rotations to cook all 10 pounds. I'm serving these with some Alabama white sauce:

It was a great day in the smoke and I had fun.

Kevin,

Thanks!

There was some good bourbon involved in this cook.

My bachelor days are very few are far between, but I do exactly the same thing. Except I'd probably eat all the wings too. I think we could hang out. Well done!
