I've been waiting for the price to come down since it came out.

I like his mythbusting, scientific approach to grilling and smoking. I highly recommend his website to people who are newer to cue.
 
As well the Arron Franklin BBQ hardcover has discounted to 12+change. Hardcover is currently cheaper than Kindle. Waiting on Sam Jones Whole Hog by Daniel Vaughn to discount a tad more. I’ve no desire to build a pit and smoke a whole hog but I do enjoy Daniel Vaughn ‘s writing style
 
I haven't read the whole thing yet, but the first thing that stuck out for me was when he shows that resting steaks shows only a minuscule amount of greater moisture content.
