Made some wings today.

Prepped, tossed in a heavy load of Penzey's BBQ 3000 rub, and contemplating life while the oven preheats (they sat in the fridge, and not on the countertop, while the oven heated up):

Loaded onto a stainless cooling rack set in a rimmed baking sheet, and ready for an hour-long nap in the oven:

Sauced (Frank's), plated, and ready for devouring:

Turned out well. Ate half today (13), since I'm trying watch my calories a bit. The other half will be lunch tomorrow.

Yeah devour is the right word followed by delicious.

Nice looking tasty wings :thumb: What temps was the oven on?

400°F for one hour, flipped halfway through, and then once the sauce went on, the wings went back into the oven for 10 more minutes (heat off) to let the sauce set up, then another coat of sauce, then 2 more minutes (to let the 2nd coat set up a bit), then onto the plate.
