My friend from Indonesia introduced me to oxtail soup with their native spices and I loved it. I’m going to have to try this method on this forgotten piece of meat.

These will be a part of my permanent rotation for sure. The next time I do chili I will be adding these for something a bit different.

When I was a kid, oxtails were peasant food, and cheap. Mom made oxtail stew frequently.
Same with the skirt steak, now those cuts are expensive.
Stew looks delicious!

Anyone have a link to the recipe? I have a mess of oxtails in the freezer.

I love Oxtails. They are delicious.
Unfortunately, they have become very expensive in my area.
I pick up a pack at Costco last week and before putting them in
my cart I checked the price and then put them back. Im not a frugal guy
by any means. They were just EXPENSIVE.
