Hi!
Just finished my pitbuild and wanted to share some pictures. So happy with my result!
It’s an inspiration of the Franklin pit with millscale 94 gallon size.

Thanks! This is my first offset ever. Never cooked on anything besides my weber and my kamado joe.
This got great draft and seems to work great. Did some chicken and ribs this weekend that were amazing.

Just been testing with birch know. Have some oak but only enough for one cook. Really hard to come by in my part of Sweden. Have some apple and alder(?) but its to green still.
