I recently smoked up some beef plate ribs:

As much as we tried to polish them all off, they were just too rich and ended up with a couple leftover nuggies...

Great use of leftovers, and an excellent example of an authentic Mongolian breakfast!

That looks delicious! When we have leftover smoked beef, it almost always becomes beef stroganoff. I would have also thought about using that in an omlette, or some breakfast tacos.
