A little more effort this time than my first freezer dive cook. I tend to forget what I have in the freezers especially at the cabin. After rummaging through I found chicken thighs, shrimp and bacon. Instantly thought tacos :clap:
Got some red rice and beans going
Since I was skewering up the shrimp I cut the chicken thighs into bits and skewered them up as well
