If you like to eat pigs, you may enjoy this book

I recently listened to a Joe Rogan podcast where Jesse Griffiths, the author of The Hog Book, was a guest. He owns a restaurant in Austin TX that features game and produce that are local and seasonal to the area, but the topic of the podcast was his advocacy for hunting and eating wild pig, which is also the subject of the book. I enjoyed the podcast so I ordered the book and after reading through it a bit I’m pretty impressed. It’s probably on the higher end of what I’m used to spending for a cooking book but it thoroughly covers everything from hunting to butchery to recipes, with lots of pics.

If you have a Spotify subscription the podcast is probably an enjoyable listen for the brethren, but the book is great too. Has me in the mood to drive south and snag me a hog :thumb:
