How well with a reverse flow octagon cooker breath and cook? I'm seriously think of making or having one made. I just need some feed back from folks that do a lot more cooking than I do or friends do, and that's why I posted this question here. Thank you and I look forward to all comments.

The smoke don’t care...

My Pitmaker (for sale) is not reverse flow, but it is an octagon shaped offset. The thing about the octagon shape is it gives you a whole lot more room in the cooker than a round cooker can provide. Mine has almost 3700 sq. in. of cooking space on the 3 grates. I'm moving to gravity fed, but if I was staying with offset, octagonal is the way to go.

Fatstack Smokers makes an octagon shaped reverse flow stick burner. I haven't used one but you might be able to find somebody reviewing one on YouTube.
