Those plates look GREAT. O love sushi but am not very good at making rolls so I bought a sushi bazooka (yes that's really what it's called). Only problem is you use too much rice to make it work well. Now you've got me jonesing for sushi tonight!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iMcEp_4PvLI
