Default Wine barrel meatloaf!!!

So I checked my mail before work, got a package! It must be my "trade", find out @ work package was just mailed, hmmmmmmm FF to whats for dinner...meatloaf sounds good! Smoked Meatloaf sounds even better!
P/U package after work, and what do I have???? WINE BARREL Chunks!!! Thanks Brian!! (Swamprb) Lit up the "20.00, Almost new Weber kettle", threw some rancher and a couple of chunks, and VOILA!!(sp?) Man was it good 2hrs @about 300*-325*, threw on some Yams also! mmmmmmm.....
Hows that for timing, the smoke was a mild smoke, I can imagine this w/ chicken, .. good stuff!!!
My 2 children before they get Dad some candy!!
